Ongoing Drawing Processing Delays – Additional Capacity Added

Despite increasing capacity, our Snagstream drawings server continues to fill up. To address this, we have added more converter nodes. We anticipate that with the end of the workday and overnight processing, the queue will be cleared by tomorrow.
Some users are experiencing issue when uploading drawings

Our Snagstream drawings server reached full capacity, causing longer processing times than usual. We have increased the server capacity to speed up processing.
For now, please avoid re-uploading drawings, as this will add to the load and extend the conversion queue. We appreciate your patience while we work to keep things running smoothly.
Some services are unavailable due to DNS lookup errors.
