We are currently experiencing an outage on one of our hosted database clusters. The following applications are affected:

  • Docsteam
  • Snagstream
  • Prostream: any file related actions (downloading, uploading), including thumbnails, quality plans, pdf viewer.

We are working hard to investigate and resolve the issue.
